To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days by:

If a customer wishes to exchange an item due to a change in design or style preference:
The customer must contact our support team for approval
The item must be returned unused and in original packaging
All return and re-delivery shipping costs will be borne by the customer
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
Sale or discounted items
Used, damaged, or altered products
Custom or personalized orders
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
Al Habib Truck Art reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability or out-of-stock items
Pricing or listing errors
Quality control issues
Payment failure or verification issues
In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
We follow a No Refund Policy as a general rule.
However, refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, including:
Non-availability of the ordered product
Verified manufacturing defects or damage during transit
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Refunds include the product price and applicable taxes (if any)
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
